Shipping & Returns Policy

Most items are eligible for exchange or online store credit. We do not give refunds on orders unless there was a mistake made by Southern Toile during the fulfillment process.  

  • Return shipments must be received within 14 days of when your package was delivered.

  • Non-returnable items: used merchandise, sale items, and customized/personalized items.

  • When exchanging an item, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We will be happy to ship the replacement item at no cost to the customer.

  • Original shipping is non-refundable unless a mistake is made during order fulfillment.

  • Our website reflects real-time inventory. On rare occasions during the busy season, an item may be sold before we can pull the item to fulfill an online order. This is rare and we try to avoid it at all costs. You will be immediately contacted will be able to cancel the entire order or have your order partially shipped.

  • We ship orders Tuesday - Friday. Please allow extra processing time according to your order date. Orders usually take 2-3 days from ship date.
